What Brings You Joy?

Life can seem hectic... sometimes you can get down and feel depressed, other times you have just enough hope to bring you through to another year of the journey. Do you need a pick me up? Right now, no matter what you are doing, take five! Take FIVE minutes for yourself and write down what matters to you! THEN take FIVE minutes tomorrow and write down what in your life you would want to incorporate if there weren't any blockages holding you down! The third day, take FIVE minutes and write down WHAT you are doing to achieve these. Nothing? Well, re-evaluate then and make some changes where needed. Need a life coach?
